Uploading video content to KWIKmotion has never been easier with Auto FTP

In addition to the remote FTP service for large files to upload video and audio content to  KWIKmotionTM using XML, KWIKmotionTM now offers Auto FTP.

Auto FTP runs auto-recurring transfers as a service process, which makes it easy to automate your file uploads inside our platform.

With Auto FTP, file transfer tasks take less time and less effort. It automatically dials, connects to the Internet, uploads files and then disconnects. No time is wasted waiting for one task to finish before starting the next.

Schedule file transfers to take place automatically on a 15 second basis. Schedules run as a service, so your transfers are complete even when Auto FTP is not on screen. If a download is interrupted, you can resume from where it left off.

While following the process, just keep in mind that the maximum size for a single content file may not exceed 200 GB. You may upload an unlimited number of video files automatically to your video library.

Auto FTP allows you to drop the mp4 file inside your FTP folder inside Auto FTP folder. The system will upload the content to your main folder or root folder without the need for an XML. The system will assign the title of the video inside KWIKmotionTM similarly to the file name.

The difference between the FTP and Auto FTP is that one can be guided in terms of metadata and folder selection while the other is automated. You can choose to change metadata and folder selection once the video is uploaded. A powerful and flexible logging system tracks all transfers for audit purposes.

Automated FTP Transfer inside KWIKmotionTM can handle even the most complex transfer tasks with a single click. There is no learning curve to start using this service.
